During this workshop you are introduced to the very first steps Cuban Salsa. You do not need experience or a dance partner to join. Just give it a try and see how you like it.

These workshops complement regular salsa classes and help followers improve their personal styling. We focus on becoming more creative and self-aware with our movements. Time is spent time on posture, facial expressions, hands and arm variations. Aiming at moving with more confidence, happiness and elegance.

During the classes of this workshop we focus on different Cuban rhythms and dance styles in the group dance Rueda de Casino. These classes are intended for dancers from level 4 onwards.

In this workshop we focus learning the (basic) techniques in heels. Time is spent on posture, walking in heels and learning a choreography. Aiming at moving with more confidence, happiness, elegance and femininity. Each edition has new exercises and choreographies with Latin dance influences.
